How to Access to OverDrive and Listen/Read to Popular Science Books?
Note: Unfortunately, Kindle books are not available in Israel

How to access to OverDrive titles?
The following instructions are for use on your computer:
1] Open https://weizmann.libguides.com/overdrive
You can browse through our titles without signing in -- if you click on Borrow before signing in, the system will take you to the Weizmann authentication page before proceeding
Note that some books say EBOOK and some say AUDIOBOOK below the book cover image
[2] Log in to Overdrive via the green Sign in button at the top right side of the screen using your Weizmann username and password
[3] Click Borrow to borrow -- from your computer, you can either download the book or read it in the browser
At any time after sign in, you can view your loans and holds from the My account link at the top right.
Renewing
Note: At this time, the loan period is for 21 days and there is no automatic renewal. We will try to improve this situation and ask for your patience with this annoyance.
Towards the end of your loan period, you can enter the system and click Renew. If no one else has asked to borrow the book, it will renew. If there is a Hold Request from someone else, the book will be returned to the Library at the end of the loan period.

- ...not related to your work at Weizmann? Do your family members want to use read popular audiobooks and ebooks? Most public libraries in Israel also provide a collection via Overdrive and they ALL share their titles with each other! For example, join the Rehovot public library and you'll have free (!) access to a larger, more popular collection of books in many languages purchased by public libraries all over Israel.
