[1] Open Play Store on your phone
[2] Search "libby" and you should be able to download, install, and open "Libby, by OverDrive"
[3] First question: do you have a library card? Yes
[4] You can search for your library by name or branch location
Weizmann [the first few characters should be enough]
[5] Tap on Weizmann Institute of Science
[6] Let's add a library card for The Weizmann Institute of Science
Enter Library Account Details
At this library, you sign into your card via a secure website. We'll open this site for you now
[7] Tab Next and you'll be prompted to enter your Weizmann username and password
[8] Tap Next

Joined an Israeli public library for access to their Overdrive collection? If so, you can "Add A Library" to view the public library collection and the Weizmann collection in the same interface.
