Elsevier Article Sharing Rules (instead of APC)
Elsevier is still not ready to reach an open access agreement with Israel or The Weizmann Institute.
For that reason, we recommend paying attention to their article sharing rules (see below) because they appear to be sufficient for open access, even the stricter Horizon Europe open access rules.

These 2 lines together create one huge loophole for Horizon 2020 (ERC) open access requirements:
- Preprint :
"Authors can share their preprint anywhere at any time"
- Accepted Manuscript
"Authors can share their accepted manuscript: Immediately by updating a preprint in arXiv with the accepted manuscript"
