How to use Touchpad/Share Screen/Zoom in meeting room?

[2] Zoom meeting with or without a laptop

 

[1] Share screen:

Touch the tab screen to start

Use the HDMI cable to connect your laptop

Tab on "Share" icon on the screen:

Set PC(HDMI) option as below:

 

Note:

If the touchpad doesn't work for some reason when using the sharing option, use option 2:

Connect the HDMI2 cable (under TV on the stand) 

Click ok on the remote when you see HDMI 2 displayed on the TV screen:

 

[2] Zoom meeting without a laptop

Tab > Zoom

Type Meeting ID and Passcode > click Join

  • Mute/Unmute > tap on the mic icon
  • Stop/resume video > tap the video icon
  • Share in Zoom > use with a connected laptop
  • End call > tap to finish a Zoom session
  • Voice +/-  >  tap the speaker + /speaker - - in order to make the camera speaker lower or loader
