Introduction:
An ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) is a unique, persistent identifier for researchers that helps distinguish your research activities and outputs from those of other researchers with similar names to ensure you get credit for your work.

Go to the ORCID website
Registration Hints:
In Visibility settings, the recommendation is to select Everyone.
This will allow any details that you enter about your employment, education, and research publications to be visible to everyone. That is the goal.
Notification settings. Up to you, but leave blank to avoid emails.
Terms of use. You must check this box to continue.
Complete registration with Verify your email notification > Go to your email (you have registered with) and click on “Verify your email address”

[2.3] Select "Personal Profile"

Once it is updated in the HR system, your ORCID will be automatically loaded into the Weizmann Library system.
