      How to reset the Tablet connection?


1. If the TV is sleeping or Off use one of the options below:

a. Touch the Tablet

b. Press the power button on the monitor itself (at the bottom part of the screen, in the middle)

c. Switch on the TV using the red power button on the remote control (you can borrow one from the Librarian) 

2. To Join Video Conference:
          a. Tap the “Zoom” icon on the tablet screen

Tap the “Keypad” icon

and enter the meeting’s ID and press “#” button; 

(This screen will appear on the TV)

Enter the meeting password and press “#” button.

If you need to erase a mistakenly taped digit use the “*” button

 

To manage camera settings:

Tap the camera icon and switch from the Speaker track to an overview of the entire room. Use “+” and “-“ to zoom in or zoom out.


To share the screen during the video conference:

 Connect your laptop using the HDMI/DIsplay port/USB-C/Thunderbolt (MAC) cable plugged into the table. 


Microphone - Mute/Unmute

Both microphone and the tablet has the mute/unmute button. The volume can be adjusted by pressing the buttons on the tablet (the buttons located on the right bottom corner of the tablet screen) or on the microphone (on the table next to the tablet), (Red- Mute, Green- Unmute).


         Change Presentation Layout in a Call


       View Camera Settings


      Speaker Tracking


To leave the meeting use the “End Call” button

 

 To share screen without call action

Press on the "Share screen"

 

How to reset the Tablet connection?

To reset the tablet connection, turn OFF the red button under the table > wait for 15 sec turn the red button ON
