Answer
1. Switch on the TV using the remote control (you can borrow one from the Librarian) or by pressing the power button on the monitor itself (at the bottom part of the screen, in the middle)
2. Connect via HDMI:
a. Select HDMI 1 using the remote control Source button or by pressing and holding the power button on the monitor (each Press&Hold advances to the next source, you must press the button a number of times to get to HDMI 1)
b. Connect your laptop via HDMI. Use the HDMI cable plugged into TV. If a longer cable (3 m) is needed, you can borrow one from the Librarian. In this case, you will have to unplug the existing cable and plug it again when you finish your session (the port is located at the right side of the monitor, the lowest port)
3. Connect via WiFi – for Windows only (won’t work with Apple) and for Android mobile phones
a. Select Screen Mirroring using the remote control Source button or by pressing and holding the power button on the monitor (each Press&Hold advances to the next source, you must press the button a number of times to get to this option)
b. On the laptop: press Win key + K and select the relevant device. The room number is part of each device name
c. On the mobile phone: follow the instructions that appear on the TV screen.
