Why do some Apple computers get No Results when searching Primo?

The Library is aware that there is a problem with searching Primo from some Apple computers.
[1] In this case, try to disconnect Internet Cable from your computer and connect via WiFi, if you looking for a long-term solution discuss with WIS MAC HelpDesk, please.
[2] If the WiFi connection does not help try to update your MAC operating system to the last version.
