How can I get reimbursed for a book that I purchased?

To get a reimbursement for the book you purchased, please bring the following to the Library office :
- Filled out and signed form
- The book itself
We will add the system number to the form (it is needed for financial department processing) and take the book for cataloging.
You will be notified when the book is ready.
