Can the Library create an ORCID for me?
How can I get an ORCID?

Sorry, but the Library cannot open an ORCID in your name.
It is a simple thing to register at https://orcid.org/register
Once this is complete, please email the Library your ORCID (library@weizmann.ac.il). The Library will update Academic Affairs and your ORCID will be added to your HR record.
If you would like to have your complete publication list automatically updated in your ORCID profile (from WIS Works), we will be happy to help you set this up.
Registration Hints:
In Visibility settings, the recommendation is to select Everyone.
This will allow any details that you enter about your employment, education, and research publications to be visible to everyone. That is the goal.
Notification settings. Up to you, but leave blank to avoid emails.
