Q. Why can't I log in with my Weizmann user and password to see full text of articles when I’m off campus?
First, you should call 4444 (IT Help Desk, +972-8-934-4444) and ask if your username has been blocked because of multiple failed login attempts.
This is the most common problem and will get the fastest response!
If the user is blocked, ask to unblock it, and you will be able to access the full text again.
If the user is not blocked, write to library support (email@example.com) and we will assist you.
