What should I do?
First, you should call 4444 (IT Help Desk, +972-8-934-4444).
Ask if your user name has been blocked because of multiple failed login attempts.
This is the most common problem and will get the fastest response!
If your user name is blocked, ask to unblock it, and you will be able to access the full text again.
If the user name is not blocked, email or call the Library (email@example.com) and we will assist you.
